Scavenger hunt

Fun event at fairtrain - 13.09.2025 from 9am

Are you ready for an unforgettable adventure? We organize an exciting scavenger hunt in which you and your dog solve a puzzle that requires skill from you and your dog. Over the course of several posts, you will complete various tasks that will lead you to the solution of the puzzle.

No previous knowledge is required to take part in the scavenger hunt; we welcome all participants who enjoy solving puzzles and tasks together. As the scavenger hunt involves a certain amount of walking, we recommend that dogs are at least 7 months old. The scavenger hunt can start between 9 and 11 am. On the way there is the opportunity for a professional photo shoot for you and your dogs with Kamila!

Refreshments will also be provided after the scavenger hunt. We invite all hungry puzzle solvers to a cozy barbecue at the dog park from 12 noon. Of course, all those who have not taken part in the scavenger hunt are also welcome to join in. There will also be a sales stand with great articles for dogs and people.

Thanks to our first dog Djali, I discovered fairtrain as a customer.
I was immediately impressed by the great atmosphere in the group course, the progressive training methods and the enthusiasm of the trainers.

As luck would have it (fortunately), Mumi needed support in the office at the time and I was looking for a new professional challenge at the same time - and poof - since the end of 2021 I have been Head of Administration and Assistant to the Management of fairtrain.
During my first few weeks as an office fairy, I realized that I didn't just want to support fairtrain in administrative matters, but also as a dog trainer.

And so I started studying to become a dog trainer at the ATN (Academy for Applied Animal Psychology and Animal Behavior Training).
During these two years, I was able to accompany the entire fairtrain team and look over their shoulders. I quickly discovered my passion for dog sports, especially agility and Nadac.
I have been teaching these two great exercise courses since 2023 and am always fascinated by how great progress can be achieved through positive reinforcement.

With my now two dogs (two shepherd mixes) we mainly train in the area of tricks and activity.
With our youngest addition to the family, we are of course building up our agility training.

With many years of experience managing international customer service teams and a solid education from a management school, I now build on strong leadership skills as the owner and managing director of Hundeschule fairtrain GmbH. Goal-oriented work — even under pressure — is a given for me.

Working with diverse human-dog teams is a welcome challenge. My analytical and solution-focused thinking, combined with great patience and passion for both dogs and their humans, forms the foundation of my behavior consultations, individual coaching sessions, and group trainings.

Dogs from animal shelters are especially close to my heart. That is why I regularly volunteer for a large Swiss animal welfare organization and support various shelters abroad once a year. My work as a trainer with shelter dogs requires extensive knowledge, empathy, and experience — qualities I have developed through years of practice.

Currently, I am undergoing training in canine gait analysis as well as advanced studies in behavior counseling.

With our own shelter dog, we are still working on basic training, reducing arousal outdoors, and addressing his challenges with men and children.

In 2014, I had the opportunity to complete an internship at fairtrain – for dogs and humans, and I have been working as a trainer since 2015. I have also been a member of the management team since 2025.

Because so many people and dogs seek advice and guidance from fairtrain – for dogs and humans, I have had and continue to have the opportunity to gain extensive experience in successfully working with a wide variety of human-dog teams and to indulge my fascination with dogs. On the one hand, I train dogs from puppies to seniors, and on the other hand, I lead activity courses—agility, Nadac, lunging, and all-in-one. I apply my expertise primarily in the areas of behavioral therapy, individual coaching, and seminars.

I am an enthusiastic agility and Nadac competitor with my own dog.
